Before the shopping list

How much should
you have on hand?

A client reception and a company holiday party may call for very different beverage quantities. Start with your guests, bar hours, and preferred mix of beer, wine, and cocktails.

Experience behind the welcome

Hospitality is
personal.

Owner Gyl Bednarek brings 30 years of experience in the bar and restaurant industry. That background shapes how she thinks about a gathering: the people in the room, the drinks they enjoy, and the service that helps them feel welcome.

Diamond Reserve pairs that personal approach with clear package choices and a TABC-certified bartender in every package. Share the purpose of your company event and the details that matter to your team.

Corporate bar planning FAQ

Answers for
the person planning.

A few practical details for your Houston company party, networking reception, or holiday gathering.

What does corporate event bartending cost in Houston?

Our four-hour packages are Basic at $600 for beer and wine, Gold at $900 with two specialty drinks, and Diamond at $1,200 with four. A 20% gratuity is added; tips are appreciated. Your company purchases alcohol separately. Additional guest, time, and optional glassware charges may apply. Request a corporate event quote for the full total.

How many bartenders do we need for a company event?

Guest count, cocktail choices, and the timing of arrivals all influence the service plan. At 100 guests, we provide an additional server. Events over 100 guests require additional server support. Share your anticipated bar traffic and headcount so Gyl can confirm staffing and event suitability in your quote.

Who provides the alcohol?

Diamond Reserve is a dry-bar service. The host purchases all alcohol; it is not included in any package. Every package includes a TABC-certified bartender, standard glassware, napkins, and mixers. Confirm responsibilities for ice, garnishes, equipment, setup, and cleanup with Gyl before booking.

How much alcohol should we buy for 100 guests?

Start with the number of guests likely to drink, the service hours, and your beer, wine, and cocktail mix. For example, 100 guests × 80% drinking × four hours × one drink per hour estimates 320 drinks before a buffer. This is a planning estimate, not a purchase guarantee or a recommendation to drink. Our company party alcohol calculator lets you adjust those assumptions and translate the total into bottles and cases. Review the result with Gyl before buying.

Can you bartend our company holiday party?

Yes—company holiday parties are a natural fit for our corporate bar service. Share your date, venue, guest count, and preferred drinks to discuss availability and suitability. A beer-and-wine menu or a selection of specialty drinks can suit the occasion; discuss mocktails for guests who prefer a non-alcoholic option.

How far ahead should we inquire?

Contact us once your date, location, and approximate guest count are known, especially when planning a holiday celebration. Gyl will confirm availability. An inquiry does not hold the date; your event is confirmed only after availability and successful payment have both been verified.

How long can corporate bar service last?

Every standard package covers four hours. Additional service time is $100 per hour, up to a maximum event duration of six hours. Consider when guests arrive, speeches or presentations, dinner, and the end of your reception, then confirm the service window in your quote.

Can you serve at our office or event venue?

Share the exact Houston location and your venue’s outside-vendor and alcohol policies. Bar placement, access, and indoor or outdoor arrangements need to be discussed before booking. If the location is near Houston, ask us to confirm coverage and any travel arrangements. For conferences, trade shows, or public launches, include the event format so suitability can be reviewed.

What if our venue or company needs vendor documents?

Send your venue’s documentation requirements and any company purchasing requirements with your inquiry. Discuss them with Gyl before committing to the event. Availability of specific documents, insurance coverage, invoicing arrangements, or payment terms must be confirmed directly.

Can we choose specialty cocktails and mocktails?

Gold includes your choice of two specialty drinks and Diamond includes four from our menu. Options include Espresso Martini with Gold Flakes, Old Fashioned, and Blackberry Bourbon Smash. Mocktail options include Blood Orange Spritzer and Blueberry Basil Lemonade. Explore the full drink menu and discuss non-alcoholic service and any other requests with Gyl.
