For the host who wants to be there, too

More catching up.
Less pouring.

You brought everyone together. You should get to enjoy their company.

Diamond Reserve brings professional bartending to Houston private celebrations with beer, wine, specialty drinks, and a warm welcome at the bar. It is a place for guests to choose a favorite, meet a friend, and settle into the evening.

Start with the kind of party you want to host. A relaxed beer-and-wine gathering, a milestone with a few favorite cocktails, or a family celebration with thoughtful nonalcoholic options can each feel personal without making the menu complicated.

We’ll discuss your guest count, setting, drinks, and service hours so the bar has a considered place in your plans.

A reason to invite your people

Whatever the occasion,
make room to celebrate.

Birthday parties

Another year. Your kind of evening.

From an adult birthday dinner to a lively 30th, 40th, or 50th celebration, let the guest of honor’s favorite flavors guide the drinks. Choose beer and wine for an easygoing gathering, or explore two specialty drinks with Gold and four with Diamond.

Share whether guests will arrive all at once or throughout the evening. A planned bar window leaves room for dinner, cake, and the part of the party everyone came for—being together.

Anniversary celebrations

A toast to the years you share.

Bring family and friends together for an anniversary dinner or a milestone celebration. A small, considered menu can complement the pace of the gathering, whether that means familiar classics or a favorite from our specialty list.

Tell us when you expect dinner and any speeches or toasts. We’ll discuss service hours and beverage choices that suit the people celebrating with you.

Graduation parties

A new chapter. Everyone invited.

A graduation is a chance for friends and family to celebrate what comes next. With guests of different ages, begin with the full guest list and distinguish the adults 21 and older who may choose alcoholic drinks.

Plan nonalcoholic options for younger guests and anyone who prefers them. Discuss mocktails, the timing of arrivals, and your location with Gyl so the beverage plan fits the whole gathering.

Quinceañeras

A family celebration, thoughtfully served.

A quinceañera brings loved ones together around the guest of honor. Beverage service can include appealing nonalcoholic drinks for her and younger guests, with alcoholic drinks reserved for adults 21 and older.

For a larger family gathering, share the total attendance, approximate number of adult guests, and the flow of dinner and festivities. We’ll discuss staffing, mocktail options, the menu, and venue requirements before confirming the event.

Before the wedding · Together with your people

Bachelor &
Bachelorette Parties

Everyone gets to be a guest.

You’ve brought your favorite people together. Let the drinks be taken care of, too. A professional bartender gives your bachelor or bachelorette party in Houston a polished bar experience, without asking a friend to spend the celebration mixing cocktails, pouring wine, or keeping up with drink requests.

From a relaxed evening with close friends to a larger gathering before the wedding, Diamond Reserve handles making and serving drinks so your group can settle into the conversation, enjoy the music, and be there for the moments that matter. Tell us your date, location, guest count, and the pace you have in mind. We’ll discuss the bartending package and service hours that fit your celebration.

Explore our packages for beer, wine, and specialty drink options.

How much does a private-party bartender cost in Houston?

Diamond Reserve’s Basic package is $600 for beer and wine, Gold is $900 with two specialty drinks, and Diamond is $1,200 with four. Each covers a standard four-hour party and includes a TABC-certified bartender, standard glassware, napkins, and mixers. A 20% gratuity is added; tips are appreciated. You purchase the alcohol separately. Guest, time, and optional glassware charges may apply. Request your party quote to confirm the complete total.

Can I hire you for an adult birthday or anniversary party?

Yes. Birthday and anniversary celebrations can use our same Basic, Gold, and Diamond packages. Tell us about the occasion, the guest of honor, your preferred drinks, and the setting. We’ll discuss availability and a service plan suited to your celebration.

Do you provide bartending for graduation parties?

Graduation gatherings can include several generations, so let us know the age mix as well as the overall guest count. Alcoholic beverages are for guests 21 and older. Discuss mocktails and other nonalcoholic options for younger guests and anyone who prefers them, then confirm the venue and service arrangements with Gyl.

Can you provide beverage service for a quinceañera?

Yes—we can discuss beverage service for your family’s quinceañera. The guest of honor and younger guests should have nonalcoholic options; any alcoholic service is for guests 21 and older. Share the total attendance, approximate number of adult guests, venue, and timeline so staffing and drink choices can be planned appropriately.

How much alcohol should I plan for 50 or 100 guests?

Using four bar hours, 80% of guests drinking, and one serving per drinking guest per hour gives an example of 160 servings for 50 guests or 320 for 100, before an optional buffer. Your actual age mix and preferences may be very different. Our private-party alcohol calculator lets you adjust the assumptions and estimate beer, wine, and spirit containers. Exclude minors and non-drinkers from the drinking percentage; review the result with Gyl before purchasing.

How many bartenders or servers does my party need?

The menu, number of guests, and busiest part of your schedule help determine staffing. A party of 100 guests has an additional server, and events over 100 require additional server support. For a four-hour party, an additional $20 per person over 100 applies. Confirm the staffing plan, applicable guest charge, and event suitability in your quote.

Who buys the alcohol and other bar supplies?

You purchase all alcohol. Diamond Reserve is a dry-bar service, and alcohol is not included in any package. A TABC-certified bartender, standard glassware, napkins, and mixers are included. Before shopping, discuss your menu and confirm who supplies ice, garnishes, equipment, setup, cleanup, and any other event needs.

How long should we plan for bar service?

Think about when guests arrive, when food is served, and when your celebration ends. Our standard packages cover four hours. Additional time is $100 per hour, up to a maximum event duration of six hours. Confirm the start and end times with Gyl; the bar window is also the duration to use in your alcohol estimate.

How far ahead should I ask about my date?

Start the conversation when you know the date, location, and approximate guest count. Gyl will check availability and discuss your plans. An inquiry does not reserve the date, and online booking and payment are not currently available. Your event is confirmed only after availability and successful payment have both been verified.

Can the party be at my home or in an outdoor space?

Send the exact location and describe the space so we can review suitability. For a home or outdoor gathering, discuss bar placement, access, and weather arrangements. For a rented venue, confirm outside-bartender and host-purchased alcohol rules. We are based in Houston; coverage and travel arrangements for a nearby location must be confirmed.

Can we choose specialty cocktails and mocktails?

Gold includes two specialty drinks and Diamond includes four, selected from our menu. Frozen Margaritas, Espresso Martini with Gold Flakes, and Blackberry Bourbon Smash are among the options. Mocktails include Blood Orange Spritzer and Blueberry Basil Lemonade. Browse the specialty menu and talk with Gyl about the nonalcoholic service you want alongside your selected package.
